ALPS Mountaineering Ultra-Light Air Pad Long
The Ultra-light self-inflating air pad is the ideal pad to bring along when every ounce matters, but comfort is still a must. The pads feature cored-out foam to help save weight. To reduce weight even more, they feature a tapered shape to form to your sleeping bag shape. The tapered shape also makes the packed size even smaller. The Ultra-light features jet stream open cell foam so air will start sucking in as soon as the valve is opened to allow for a quick inflation time. As with all of the ALPS air pads, the Ultra-light series comes with a repair kit and stuff sack... which is something other companies will make you pay extra for.

Very Comfortable Camp Pad, Fits a Long Torso, Rolls up tight

Ive used this camp pad for approximately 10 nights (5 campouts) so far. It has enough padding that you do not feel the ground below you. (I use it on top of insulated bubble wrap in my tent). It fits my frame 6'1" without hanging off the edge. The material is soft and not "sticky" when you lay on it with bare skin if you slip outside your sleeping bag at night. It provides solid support for side sleepers. The padding inside is perforated but has ample coverage, and you don't get the big air bubble at either end when you lay on it like some of the other self inflating pads do, and hasn't bled out any air over time. The only thing negative I can say about it is the air valve location. I wish it was designed at the feet so you can air it up upon entry into the tent if you need to add a little extra at first, and not roll onto it with your head if you move a lot at night like I do. I highly recommend this product however, and would definitely purchase one again if the need arises.
